Role Overview:  

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems. The ideal candidate will work on programming, testing, and maintaining PLC systems to ensure seamless operation of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, program, and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automation projects.

  • Design and implement control systems using PLCs, HMI, and SCADA platforms.

  • Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design control system architecture and schematics.

  • Test and commission new automation equipment and systems.

  • Maintain detailed documentation, including program backups, system configurations, and user manuals.

  • Participate in project planning, timelines, and progress reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, INVT, Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider etc.).

  • Proficiency in HMI and SCADA development.

  • Strong knowledge of control system design and industrial automation standards.

  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.

  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the proposed solutions align with client specifications.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Project Management Support:

  • Assist customers with project timelines, implementation, and post-sales support.

  • Work with the project team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of automation solutions.

  • Customer Service:

  • Provide after-sales support, addressing technical queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve product or service-related issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the automation industry.

  • Strong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and control systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi, Haas, etc.).

  • Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming principles.

  • Understanding of machine tool alignment, precision adjustments, and calibration.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams.

  • Experience with industrial automation and communication protocols.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
